How to claim and stack permanent buffs

Travel to the listed zone.
Use the lobby zone portal to reach the correct zone, or browse the zones overview for unlock requirements.
Look for the overhead marker.
Each side quest NPC carries an overhead marker. Approach and interact to start the quest.
Complete the quest objective.
Side quest objectives are short and one-time. Once finished, the permanent buff is added to your account.
Stack across all four NPCs.
Hit Kiba (Lobby), Jinbei (Zone 1), Mr. Satan (Zone 3) and Rimuru (Zone 6) to stack all four permanent buffs on the same account.
Combine with crafted Passives.
